Incoming Finishing Requirements for Evolutions

File types and formats required by Evolutions for Conforms / Grades / Audio 

For Conform

If your project is going to be conformed at Evolutions, please send the following files of your final locked offline edit: 
If you are editing in something other than Avid Media Composer please let us know soon as possible

• Avid bin containing ONLY the sequence to be conformed
• Guide QT of locked offline  (timecode small and situated at the top-left of the picture) with guide audio (Preferred format – H264 QuickTime)
• Original Source Rushes.  Camera rushes to be supplied in original folder structure.  
• Generics, Fonts and Graphics (including imported or linked stills etc.)
• Archive should be supplied full res without watermarks and timecode 
  

For Grade 

If your project is going straight to grade at Evolutions, please send the following files: 

• Pregraded flattened Video at least 10bit at the frame size of the final delivery format or higher. ProResHQ and DNXHQX files are suitable
• EDL File 32 format of the pregraded timeline
• Copy of final bin Pregraded bin containing the sequence
  Guide QT of locked offline  (timecode small and situated at the top-left of the picture) with guide audio
• (Preferred format – H264 QuickTime)
  

For Audio 

If your project is going to be mixed at Evolutions, please send the following files: 

• Audio AAF – Embedded, 75 frame handles,
• Stereo Wav – if any guide VO is present a split track wav with VO on track 1 and everything else on track
• Audio EDLs – File 32, all audio tracks in one file
• Video EDL - File 32  - all video tracks in one file
