Session PlanningSetup

  1. Install the latest HP Anywhere PCoIP Software Client from thisofficial website:website (or via Evolutions Client Companion App): https://docs.teradici.com/find/product/hp-anyware/2023.12?subscriptionName=
  2. Ensure all peripherals are plugged-in and configured before starting the sessionapplication (Monitors, Speakers/headphones, Microphone).
  3. On the offline workstation you are connecting to, check that "Teradici Virtual Audio Driver" is selected as primary audio input device.

Once this is done, go into Avid and load up your capture tool. Have track 1 selected and audio set to “windows mixer”. You should see audio coming through on the audio tool and be able to record VO as normal

4. When connecting for the first time you'll be asked to provide HP Anywhere Cloud Access Connector URL, this can be looked up in the Client Companion App or your onboarding email.

Collaboration

Currently, Evolutions provides SiennaLink as a complimentary solution for remote screen sharing. SiennaLink is supported on Mac, Windows and iOS devices, with network requirements same as those for HP Anywhere client. Siennalink can also be used to turn an iPad into 3rd monitor, however it is advised to discuss with your Evolutions Support team whether 3xHD display HP Anywhere setup may be better fit for this use case.
